Billy Osborn is a photographer and educator from Lincolnshire, England. His practice mainly consists of long-term projects made by photographing intuitively whilst travelling throughout Britain, and weaves images of people, places and objects together to suggest personal or societal stories.
Osborn’s most notable project, Clay Pigeons, used the process of making pictures across England, Scotland and Wales to alleviate and reflect his agoraphobia, and was exhibited as a work-in-progress at Cardiff’s Ffotogallery in 2022. Other works have explored specific geographical areas and notions of masculinity.
